In 2005 John and Darlene McIntosh purchased the Enviro Masters Huron-Bruce Lawn franchise.  That year we worked part time in the business and acquired 179 customers.  Our goal was to not only provide lawn care, but to add services that would enhance the quality and enjoyment of our customers’ outdoor living experience.  As our customer base grew, so did the services that were made available, with In-Ground Sprinkler Systems being one of them.

 

In January 2023, 17 years and 3000 customers later, we sold the Lawn Care & Pest Control divisions of our company to concentrate solely on providing installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.   With our new beginning, came our new name Waters Edge Irrigation.

Waters Edge Irrigation is a registered, licensed and insured company. We continue to take advantage of our membership with Landscape Ontario by attending training courses to update our skills and knowledge of "all things water".

John is a Certified Irrigation Technician, having taken courses through the Irrigation Association and passing the final exam. Irrigation Association certified irrigation professionals have state-of-the-art training and technical skills to design, install, manage and maintain a variety of irrigation systems.
